Add and Switch Between Multiple eufySecurity Accounts

To Create New eufySecurity Accounts

Scenario One

If you want to share security devices with others or check the security device status on your second phone, you can add up to five accounts so that other phones can access your eufySecurity devices at the same time. Here is how: Sign up for A eufySecurity Account and Share Your eufySecurity Devices With Your Family.

Scenario Two

Under certain circumstances, your original email has been canceled, so you want to change the eufySecurity account synchronously.

If this is the case, you can remove all eufySecurity devices from the original eufySecurity account and delete the original account from eufy system. For security concerns, devices under the original account cannot be switched to a new account with one simple click. Please backup important videos before switching accounts. Then, follow the steps of Sign up for A eufySecurity Account to create a new account. After creating a new account, tap Add Devices in the device tab and follow the in-app instructions to set up devices.

To Switch Between Multiple eufySecurity Accounts

Imagine that you have two apartments with eufySecurity ecosystem installed, in order to distinguish notifications from different security devices, you created two accounts to manage different security devices. Under the circumstance of one cell phone available, here are steps to switch between multiple eufySecurity accounts.

1. Slide the three-lined side menu of Eufy App and tap the Avatar to log out from the original account.

2. Log out from the original account.

3. Login with a new account by entering a new email address and password.
