To replace the battery of the 11S series, you can refer to the video.

Usually, the video would be helpful enough, but if you are not sure about how to unplug the battery connector, please follow the steps shown below:

1. Press down the end part of the connector at the vacuum with one hand. 

2. Grasp the two ends of the connector at the battery cable out part with the other hand and pull it out.
