What Should I Do if My eufy Wired Video Doorbell Cannot Power On?

If your eufy wired Video Doorbell is unable to power on, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify whether the issue can be resolved:

• Check if your doorbell transformer has an output voltage of 16-24V and an output power of 30VA or above.  Please refer to the following image to locate the specification on a transformer.

• Please note eufy wired Video Doorbell does not work with existing house chime, and the user will need to bypass the existing house chime by using the provided jumper cable in order to properly connect the wired Video Doorbell.

• Please refer to the following diagram to properly connect 1 eufy wired Video Doorbell to the transformer.

Note: Please use the provided jumper cable shown in blue in the diagram to bypass the chime.  Additionally, the transformer will need to be at least 16V/30VA.

• Please refer to the following diagram to properly connect 2 eufy wired Video Doorbells to the transformer.

Note: Please use the provided jumper cables shown in blue in the diagram to bypass the chime.  Additionally, the transformer will need to be 24V/40VA in order to power 2 eufy wired Video Doorbells.

• Check the temperature since the wired Video Doorbell has an operating temperature from -4°F to 122°F.
