What if my HomeVac H11/HomeVac H11 Pure does not charge?
If the charging indicator doesn't turn on while charging, the issue might lie in the Micro USB charging port, the cable, the charger as well as the wall outlet. So, confirm the following and see:
1. Confirm whether the USB port on the vacuum and the two prongs on the micro usb connector are in good shape.
2. Try to charge with a different Micro USB cable and charger
3. Try a different wall outlet
Note: If all 3 indicators flash at the same time while charging and the vacuum has just been used, try to charge the vacuum again 30 mins later and see.
If the charging issue persists after troubleshooting, please contact us with a video to show the indicators after the On-Off button was pressed.
