When the floor brush is not spinning, usually the light will also be off. If you encounter this issue, here are some tips for you:
1. Please make sure the HomeVac is used on bare floors and carpets with short and firm textures.
2. Please make sure the floor brush is firmly lodged into the main body.
3. Remove the rolling brush and see if anything gets stuck inside. Clean if needed.
4. Try to connect the floor brush assembly to the main unit directly without the blue long metal tube to see if it works. (Also, try the mini brush assembly to see if it works normally.) If that works fine, please contact us for further assistance.
