If the lid on your E28 robot's Portable Deep Cleaner (PDC) does not close properly, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Please ensure that the Portable Deep Cleaner is properly positioned and that the hose is neatly wrapped around the holder.

2. The Portable Deep Cleaner's hose is made from retractable material. When wrapping the hose for storage, avoid pulling it tightly, as this may result in the hose becoming loose and extending beyond the storage space, hindering the lid's ability to close properly. Please refer to the two images below for guidance.

Note: Regarding the cleaning efficacy of the Portable Deep Cleaner, the bristles on the fabric cleaning brush are designed to be dense and firm. Please be aware that intense cleaning could remove fibers from delicate fabrics. Please avoid using this brush on fragile or valuable items.
