This is most likely the result of your Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime losing connection to the Internet.
For Router
Make sure your router can access the Internet successfully.
Make sure if you have enabled DHCP on your router.
Try to turn off the firewall setting on the router.
For Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime
Try to restart the Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime by unplugging it from the socket and plugging it in again. It may recover after 3 minutes.
If the above operations still cannot solve it, please try to remove the Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime from the App and re-add the Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime and Doorbell.
If the issue persists, please contacteufy customer servicewith the following information for further investigation.

Upload App log via eufySecurity app by selecting the avatar located at the top left corner of the app > Settings > About > Upload Log > App Logs and Device Logs; If the 'Upload Log' is not visible, please follow: Avatar > Settings > About > Tab the "Eufy logo" for five times and choose "App log"
