4G Starlight Camera Cannot Be Updated
 

If the 4G Starlight Camera cannot be updated, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be solved.

 

1. Make sure the camera has a strong 4G network signal: Camera Settings> General> About Device> Signal Strength.

 

2. Please check the LED indicator status of the camera:

  •  If the LED is alternately flashing red and blue, it shows the camera is updating its firmware. Please wait approximately5 minutes and check the status again. 
  • If the LED is off, press the SYNC button on the camera. If the LED flashes blue, the camera is powered on; If the LED flashes red, the camera battery is low. 

Please fully charge the camera and update it later. Update steps: Device Tab > “...” icon > Camera Settings > General > About Device > Check for Firmware Update.


If the camera still can’t be updated, please contact eufy support engineer for further assistance.
