If the 4G Starlight Camera cannot be updated, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be solved.
1. Make sure the camera has a strong 4G network signal: Camera Settings> General> About Device> Signal Strength.
2. Please check the LED indicator status of the camera:
- If the LED is alternately flashing red and blue, it shows the camera is updating its firmware. Please wait approximately5 minutes and check the status again.
- If the LED is off, press the SYNC button on the camera. If the LED flashes blue, the camera is powered on; If the LED flashes red, the camera battery is low.
Please fully charge the camera and update it later. Update steps: Device Tab > “...” icon > Camera Settings > General > About Device > Check for Firmware Update.
If the camera still can’t be updated, please contact eufy support engineer for further assistance.
