With Activity Zones, you can define specific area of interest in your camera view and get notified when there’s motion there, so the alerts become more specific and meaningful. To use Activity Zones, you don't need any subscription or additional fee, simply to setup in the eufySecurity app. Activity Zones won’t change what your camera sees.
What will happen when I set the activity zone?
1. If someone enters the zone, the system will send a push notification and record clips.
2. If someone does not enter the zone but is in the camera viewing image, the system will not record and send a notification.
What do I do if notifications are still being sent after activity zones are set?
You can fine-tune the area borders, add more activity zones or split one activity zone to more small activity zones.
