If the Baby Monitor 2 cannot connect to Bluetooth, please try the following troubleshooting.
1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Hold the SYNC button on the camera for at least 2 seconds to activate its Bluetooth connection. Check if the device’s LED indicator light is flashing.
3. Check the QR code: make sure you are scanning the correct QR code; if not, please go back to the QR code section in the eufy Baby app and try again.
