Baby Monitor 2 Fails to Connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi Network

If the Baby Monitor 2 cannot connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting.

1. Make sure your router works properly and its SSID is not hidden. If your WiFi network's SSID is hidden, click "Other Network" and enter the WiFi information manually.

2. Keep your device close to the router.

3. Refresh the WiFi list in the app.

4. Hold the "SYNC" button for at least 2s to re-activate the device.

5. If the above steps cannot solve the issue, hold the "SYNC" button for 10s to reset the device. Wait for a few minutes before adding it again.

If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.
