Baby Monitor 2 Fails to Send Notifications

If you cannot receive notifications from Baby Monitor 2, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

 

1. Please make sure you have enabled notifications in your phone's settings. Steps: Settings app > Notifications > Enable eufy Baby notifications.

 

2. Please make sure you have added the eufy Baby app to the app whitelist in your phone's settings for certain brands' Android phones, such as Samsung.

 

3. Please make sure you have enabled Notifications in your camera's settings. You can check it from the menu Camera Settings > Notifications Settings.

 

4. Please make sure the Sound Detection or Temperature settings are enabled.
