Can eufy Outdoor Cam continue to record during WiFi outage?

Yes.  eufy Outdoor Cam will continue to record provided there is no power outage since it is hardwired, and video recordings are saved to the microSD card.  A 2.4GHz WiFi network is needed to view the live view and recorded videos on the eufy app.
