Cannot Receive Notifications From eufy Pet Camera

If you are not receiving push notifications from the eufy Pet Camera on your smartphone, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

 
  1. Please make sure you have granted app permission to allow the eufy Pet app to access your smartphone’s notifications.
  2. Please verify you have selected at least one notification type by going to Camera Settings > Notification.
  3. Please make sure you have enabled motion or sound detection by going to Camera Settings > Motion Detection, and then Camera Settings > Sound Detection.
  4. Please confirm the area you would like the camera to detect is within the camera’s field of view, and the distance from the camera does not exceed 26 ft / 8m.
  5. Please increase the sensitivity level of detection by going to Camera Settings > Motion Detection, and then Camera Settings > Sound Detection.
  6. Please try removing the camera and then adding the camera again in the eufy Pet app.
