Exploring the Auto-Cruise Function in the eufy App

The eufy Security system offers a wide range of advanced functions designed to enhance your security experience, one of which is the Auto-Cruise function. This function allows you to set your most frequently monitored areas as preset positions (up to four positions), one of which can be set as the 'Default Position'.

By using one of the pan/tilt cameras that has this specific function, you can quickly check those locations with a single click in the eufy app. The Auto-Cruise function allows the camera to automatically rotate between these preset positions, providing a comprehensive view of your property. Please note that this function is turned off by default and it needs to be manually enabled.

The 'Default Position' is a special preset position that the camera will return to after any changes in its monitoring position. For instance, if the camera's position is manually adjusted or if it moves during A.I. tracking, it will automatically return to the default location after 10 seconds.

To set up your favorite areas, simply follow the steps provided in this guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/11dJIBWa2vU3xDks9qQVMJfoE3ff96FK9NeUWPH3nMiY/edit

Understanding and utilizing the Auto-Cruise function can significantly enhance your experience with the eufy Security system, allowing for efficient and effective monitoring of your property.
