If your eufy Pet Camera failed to connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Note: eufy Pet Camera only connects to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and not a 5GHz WiFi network. Additionally, please make sure the 2.4GHz WiFi network SSID is not hidden and the security level is set to either WPA or WPA2.

With the eufy Pet Camera plugged into a wall outlet using the included power adapter and cable, please launch the eufy Pet app > Add Device > scan the QR code on the Pet Camera > select the Pet Camera > tap Next > press and hold the SYNC button on the Pet Camera for 2 seconds until it emits a beeping sound > select your 2.4GHz WiFi network > enter the password for your 2.4GHz WiFi network and tap Confirm > Pet Camera will automatically connect to the selected 2.4GHz WiFi network.
