Garage-Control Cam Fails to Detect Motion
If your eufy Garage-Control Cam fails to detect motion, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please make sure the area you need the camera to detect is within the camera’s field of view and at a distance not exceeding 26ft/8m. You can also test the motion detection function in the eufy Security app by going to My Devices > Garage-Control Cam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection
- Please make sure you have enabled the Motion Detection function in Camera Settings.
- Please try to increase the motion detection sensitivity level.
- Please make sure you have enabled both Video Record and Push Notification options in the security mode you have selected. You can verify the settings by going to the Security tab > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > confirm Video Record and Push Notification options have been selected.
- Please try to remove the camera from the eufy Security app, then add the camera again in the app.
If your eufy Garage-Control Cam still cannot detect motion, please contact us for assistance.
