If your eufy Garage-Control Cam fails to record videos, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Please make sure your camera is powered on and connected to your 2.4GHz WiFi network.
Please make sure you have either a compatible micro SD card inserted in the camera or an active eufy Cloud subscription.
Please make sure you have enabled the Motion Detection function in the Garage-Control Cam’s Camera Settings. You can verify the settings by going to the Devices tab > Garage-Control Cam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
Please make sure you have set a suitable motion detection sensitivity level according to the sensitivity setup guide in the eufy Security app.
Please make sure you have enabled the Video Record option in the security mode you have selected. You can verify the settings by going to the Security tab > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > confirm the Video Record option has been selected.
Please try to remove the camera from the eufy Security app, then add the camera again in the app.
