If your eufy Garage-Control Cam fails to record videos, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please make sure your camera is powered on and connected to your 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Please make sure you have either a compatible micro SD card inserted in the camera or an active eufy Cloud subscription.
- Please make sure you have enabled the Motion Detection function in the Garage-Control Cam’s Camera Settings. You can verify the settings by going to the Devices tab > Garage-Control Cam > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
- Please make sure you have set a suitable motion detection sensitivity level according to the sensitivity setup guide in the eufy Security app.
- Please make sure you have enabled the Video Record option in the security mode you have selected. You can verify the settings by going to the Security tab > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > confirm the Video Record option has been selected.
- Please try to remove the camera from the eufy Security app, then add the camera again in the app.
