Garage-Control Cam Fails to Send Notifications
If you cannot receive notifications from your eufy Garage-Control Cam, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please make sure you have enabled notifications in your smartphone’s settings. Please confirm by going to your phone’s Settings > Notifications > enable notifications for the eufy Security app.
- For certain models of Android smartphones, please make sure you have added the eufy Security app to the app Whitelist in your phone’s settings.
- Please make sure you have enabled motion detection in your camera’s settings. You can check the settings by going to the Devices tab > Garage-Control Cam > “...” icon > Gear icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
- Please make sure you have enabled the Push Notification option in the security mode you have selected. You can verify the settings by going to the Security tab > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > confirm the Push Notification option has been selected.
