If you cannot receive notifications from your eufy Garage-Control Cam, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Please make sure you have enabled notifications in your smartphone’s settings. Please confirm by going to your phone’s Settings > Notifications > enable notifications for the eufy Security app.
For certain models of Android smartphones, please make sure you have added the eufy Security app to the app Whitelist in your phone’s settings.
Please make sure you have enabled motion detection in your camera’s settings. You can check the settings by going to the Devices tab > Garage-Control Cam > “...” icon > Gear icon > Camera Settings > Motion Detection.
Please make sure you have enabled the Push Notification option in the security mode you have selected. You can verify the settings by going to the Security tab > Home/Away > Home/Away Settings > confirm the Push Notification option has been selected.
