How can I make sure the Smart Lock R10 is installed properly?

1. After installing the mounting plate, you can try to lock/unlock the lock with a key to verify if the door can be locked/unlocked smoothly. If not, please try to loosen the screws and adjust the height of the exterior assembly.

 

2. If the battery is installed properly, you will hear an audible voice prompt "Welcome to eufy Security". If there is not an audible voice prompt, please make sure the batteries have been installed correctly.
