During the process of installing your eufy C210 Smart Lock, please verify the following details to ensure the lock is able to be securely and properly installed.

• Once the mounting plate has been installed, please check if the C210 Smart Lock can be unlocked and locked smoothly without any resistance by using the provided physical keys.

Note: If the unlocking and locking mechanism does not work smoothly, please try loosening the screws and adjusting the height of the exterior assembly accordingly.

• Once the batteries have been installed, please check if you are able to hear an audible voice prompt “Welcome to eufy Security” from the Smart Lock. If you do not hear an audible voice prompt, please make sure both the wire connection and batteries have been correctly installed.
