Having the latest firmware version installed ensures the reliability and security of your S220 SoloCam; therefore, it is extremely important to always make sure that your camera has the latest firmware version installed. Please follow the steps listed below to check for firmware updates:

• Launch the eufy Security app > select the Devices tab > find the S220 SoloCam > select the “...” icon > select the Gearwheel icon > Camera Settings > select General > select About Device > select Check for firmware update > the app will automatically begin scanning for available firmware updates and inform you if a new firmware update is available. If a new firmware update is available, simply select the Update Now button and the camera will automatically begin updating its firmware to the newest version.
