How does the Wrong-Try Protection function of the Smart Lock R20 work?
The Wrong-Try Protection function is designed to prevent strangers from trying to unlock your lock with random passcodes or wrong fingerprints. There are 2 rules in the Wrong-Try Protection function.
If someone tries to unlock your lock with a fingerprint, the fingerprint recognition will be disabled for 3min by default after 5 consecutive fails (by default). However, passcode recognition still can be used.
If someone tries to unlock your lock with a passcode, both passcode and fingerprint recognition will be disabled for 3min by default after 5 consecutive fails (by default).
