eufy C210 Smart Lock’s Wrong-Try Protection function is designed to prevent any unauthorized person from trying to unlock your C210 Smart Lock by entering random passcodes or using fingerprints.

The Wrong-Try Protection function also has the following security measures:

• Fingerprint scanner: If an unauthorized person tries to unlock your C210 Smart Lock by using his/her fingerprint, the fingerprint scanner will be automatically disabled for three minutes after five consecutive failed attempts. However, the keypad’s passcode still can be used.

• Keypad passcode: If an unauthorized person tries to unlock your C210 Smart Lock by entering random passcodes, both the keypad and fingerprint scanner will be automatically disabled for three minutes after five consecutive failed attempts.
