There may be video recordings that users would like to keep for good before they’re deleted by the camera once the memory is full. In order to save video recordings of you and your beloved furry friend, simply download recorded videos from your eufy Pet Camera to your phone. Please refer to the following steps listed below to download recorded videos to your phone.

Step 1) Launch the eufy app and select the Activity tab.

Step 2) Play the video you would like to save to your phone.

Step 3) Select the Download button to download the video.

Note: Downloaded videos will be saved to your phone’s local storage. Additionally, videos can only be downloaded one at a time at the current stage. If you would like to download multiple videos from your eufy Pet Camera, please repeat the same process to download videos one at a time.
