Users are able to quickly and securely sign in to the eufy Pet app using Touch ID or Face ID. If you would like to sign in using your smartphone’s Touch ID or Face ID, please follow the steps below.

Launch the eufy Pet app on your smartphone > tap Profile > tap your Avatar and Nickname > tap Touch ID or Face ID depending on the method your smartphone supports >  tap the Touch ID or Face ID switch > use your fingerprint (Touch ID) or face (Face ID) to either enable or disable this feature.

Note: The option to sign in using Touch ID or Face ID can be disabled at any time, please simply follow the same process to disable Touch ID or Face ID.
