The eufy Pet app will require access to some of your phone or tablet’s features in order to provide you with the camera’s full functionality. Please refer to the following list of features that will require permission to access your phone or tablet, and you can always go to your phone or tablet’s settings to enable or disable these permissions at any time.

• Microphone - to talk to your dog through your phone or tablet.
• Photos - to save snapshots and videos of your dog.
• Notifications - to receive notifications sent by the eufy Pet app.
• Local Network - to allow the camera to connect to your local network.
• Bluetooth - to assist in connecting your camera during the initial setup.
• Location - to assist in connecting your camera during the initial setup.

If you have an iOS phone or tablet

Go to Settings > select the eufy Pet app > edit the settings to either enable or disable permissions.

If you have an Android OS phone or tablet

Go to Settings > select Applications > select the eufy Pet app > select Permission > edit the settings to either enable or disable permissions.
