eufy Pet Dog Training Collar needs to be fitted at the highest part of your dog's neck (just underneath your dog’s jawline) with the collar module placed at the front of your dog's neck. Once in this position, tighten the collar strap one hole at a time until you can't move the collar module side to side. Finally, give the module a quick and gentle shake up and down so that the probes are touching your dog's skin. The contact probes must be consistently touching your dog's skin.

Please make sure both contact probes are in proper contact with your dog’s neck. Add the provided connector extensions if necessary.

Please use the provided shock testing tool to first verify the shock mode is working properly. Press the Shock button and check the light. The light will become brighter as you increase the shock level and it will become darker as you decrease the shock level.
