1. From QSG (Wearing step 1): make sure the nipple is centered in the flange tunnel and the breast pump is firmly against your breast.
2. From QSG (Wearing step 2): Wear a full‑coverage nursing bra to create a tight seal between the breasts and the flange.
3. Do not lean back or bend forward excessively while pumping.
