There are two methods to restart the Garage-Control Cam:

1. Restart the device in the eufy app by going to the Devices Tab Page > Garage-Control Cam > the “…” Icon > Gear Icon > Settings > select the Restart Device button.




 

2. Unplug and plug in the power adapter into the Garage-Control Cam.
