Please follow the steps below to set up your eufy Garage-Control Cam.

Step 1 -

Download the eufy Security app on your smartphone from either Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Please note eufy Security app is compatible with Android phones running Android 8.0 or newer and iPhones running iOS 11 or newer.

Step 2 -

Please sign up for a new eufy Security account if you currently do not have an active eufy account, or sign in to your existing eufy Security account. Please visit Sign Up for a eufy Security Account for step-by-step instructions on how to sign up for a new account.

Step 3 -

Sign in to your eufy Security account and select the + icon to add a new device, then select the Garage-Control Cam to start setting up your camera.

Add Device > select Garage-Control Cam > power on the Garage-Control Cam > scan the QR code located on the Garage-Control Cam > press the SYNC button on the camera for 2 seconds > select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and input the WiFi password > assign a name to the camera after it is successfully added in the app.

After the Garage-Control Cam is added in the eufy Security app, please proceed to start setting up the Garage Door Sensor.

Add Device > select Garage Sensor > power on the Garage Sensor > press the SYNC button on the sensor for 2 seconds > assign a name to the sensor after it is successfully added in the app.

Note: Please make sure to follow the step-by-step instructions in the app, the app will guide you through the process of adding and setting up your new Garage-Control Cam and Garage Door Sensor.
