This article is designed to help you set up the WiFi Bridge in the eufy Security app. To set up the WiFi Bridge, please follow the steps below:

Download the eufy Security App

Download the eufy Security app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices). Or visit eufylife.com on your mobile device.

Create Your eufy Security Account

After downloading the app, please either create an account or log in to your existing account. Learn more about Sign Up for a eufy Security Account.

Add the WiFi Bridge to the App

1. Tap the “+” icon to add a new device, and then select the WiFi Bridge.

2. Select an existing Home profile or add a new Home profile. 

3. Scan the device’s QR code. Please refer to the following image to find the location of the QR code on your device.

4. Choose a proper location to install the WiFi Bridge according to the instructions in the app.

5. Connect your smartphone to the same WiFi network that the WiFi Bridge will be connected to.

6. Press and hold the SYNC button on the WiFi Bridge for two seconds until the LED indicator light blinks green.

7. Connect the WiFi Bridge to your smartphone via Bluetooth.

8. Connect the WiFi Bridge to your 2.4GHz WiFi network.

9. WiFi Bridge has been set up successfully, please create a name for your WiFi Bridge.
