The eufy app will walk you through each eufy devices’ installation, with step-by-step detailed instructions. You should use the app as your primary guide.
The eufy app helps you to keep an eye on your eufy products anywhere you have an Internet connection. In this app, you can watch eufyCams footage, view your garage, visitors, change settings, get activity notifications and more. Here’s an introduction to the basics:

1. Get the eufy app.

a. For iOS customers - download the latest version of the eufy app in the App Store on your compatible mobile devices; iOS 10.2 or above is required.
b. For Android customers - download the latest version of the eufy app in Google Play on your compatible devices; Android 6.0 or above is required.
*The eufy app currently does not support tablet platforms.

2. Sign up for an eufy account.

 

3. Add and setup your new eufy products

a. Use the app to set up new eufy products.
b. Select product type. You can confirm the product type by finding the product name on the packaging.
c. Follow the instructions in the app; it will walk you through the process of adding and setting up your new product.

4. Learn about the main function.

a. Account section - located in the upper left corner, this button lets you manage your account, change general settings, and control who has access to your products.
b. Home (Devices) tab - shows all your eufy products and their status. Here you can scroll through and select one to manage its features and options.
c. Event tab - collects and stores all alert videos from your eufy products.
d. Security tab - customize and setup monitor mode.
