How the alerts work:

Overflow alert: device vibration + app notification + pumping continues

Full milk alert: device vibration + pumping STOPS + app notification

If you missed the alert:

1. Enable phone notifications for the eufy app.

2. The overflow vibration can feel similar to massage — check the app screen for a notification.

3. Ensure firmware is up to date (an early firmware version had this bug, fixed in a later update).

4. If still no alert after updating, upload a device log and contact support.
