Please try the following troubleshooting steps if your eufy Baby Monitor is unable to power on.

Monitor

Please connect the baby monitor to the provided charging adapter using a micro USB charging cable, and then plug the charging adapter into a wall outlet to charge the monitor. The LED indicator next to the charging port on the monitor will display a red indicator, then press the power button to power on the monitor.

Camera

Please connect the baby camera to the provided charging adapter using a micro USB charging cable, and then plug the charging adapter into a wall outlet to power on the baby camera. Please note the baby camera does not have a built-in battery and it needs to be connected to a wall outlet at all times to stay powered on.
