What Should I Do if My eufy Battery Video Doorbell Cannot Power On?

If your eufy battery Video Doorbell is unable to power on, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify whether the issue can be resolved:

• Use a micro USB cable to connect the battery Video Doorbell to the HomeBase or wall charger, and check if the LED indicator ring on the battery Video Doorbell lights up indicating the doorbell is charging.  If the LED indicator ring on the battery Video Doorbell lights up, please charge the doorbell for 3 hours.  If the LED indicator ring on the battery Video Doorbell does not light up, please try using another micro USB charging cable.
• Use another 5V/2A power adapter to charge the battery Video Doorbell.  If the LED indicator ring on the battery Video Doorbell lights up, please charge it for 3 hours.  Please note if a 5V/1A power adapter is being used to charge the battery Video Doorbell, it will take 6 hours to fully charge the doorbell. 
• Check the temperature since the battery Video Doorbell has an operating temperature from -4°F to 122°F.
