If your eufy Garage-Control Cam or eufy Garage Door Sensor appears offline in the eufy Security app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Garage-Control Cam

• Please verify your router can access the Internet without issues.
• Please make sure your 2.4GHz WiFi network has a strong and stable signal.
• Please make sure your Garage-Control Cam is not installed at a place that cannot receive a strong and stable network connection from your 2.4GHz WiFi network.
• Please try to restart the Garage-Control Cam by unplugging and plugging in the power adapter.
• Please try to remove the Garage-Control Cam from the eufy Security app and then add the Garage-Control Cam again.

Garage Door Sensor

• Please make sure your garage opener is powered on.
• Please verify the wire connection between the garage opener and the Garage-Control Cam is not loose.
• Please make sure the Garage Door Sensor is not installed at more than 30ft away from the Garage-Control Cam since the sensor is connected to the Garage-Control Cam via Bluetooth.
• Please check if the battery needs to be replaced.
• Please try to remove the Garage Door Sensor from the eufy Security app and then add the Garage Door Sensor again.
