If your eufy S220 SoloCam is unable to power on, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Use a USB-C charging cable to connect your S220 SoloCam to a 5V/2A charging adapter and plug the adapter into a wall outlet, then check if the LED indicator light on the camera lights up to display a solid blue light to indicate that the camera is charging.
If the LED indicator light on the camera lights up, please charge the camera for four to five hours.
If the LED indicator light on the camera does not light up, please try using another USB-C charging cable.
Use another 5V/2A charging adapter to charge the camera.
If the LED indicator light on the camera lights up, please charge the camera for four to five hours.
If the LED indicator light on the camera does not light up, please try using another 5V/2A charging adapter.
Check the ambient temperature since eufy S220 SoloCam has an operating temperature range between -4°F/-20°C to 122°F/50°C.
