Download the Eufy Security app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices). Or visit eufylife.com on your mobile device.

Create Your Account

After downloading the App, create or Log in to your account. Learn more about Sign up for a eufySecurity Account.

Add Wi-Fi Chime to the App

1. In the Device tab, tap Add Device then select Wi-Fi Doorbell Chime.

2. Scan the QR code located at the bottom of the Wi-Fi chime.

3. Follow the instructions to determine where is the best place to install the Wi-Fi chime to ensure the best connection.

4. Tap Next to follow the instructions on how to assemble the Wi-Fi chime. Learn how to assemble eufy chime.

5. Tap Next and connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network that the device will use.

6. Press the SYNC button for 2 seconds until the LED blinks green.

7. Enable the Bluetooth on your phone to connect the Wi-Fi chime with eufySecurity App.

8. After connecting with your phone, please select the wifi and input the password to connect the chime to Wi-Fi.

9. Tap Confirm and give your chime a name.

10. Your device was added successfully.

11. Tap Next to update the firmware and test the Internet connection.

12. Tap Add Doorbell or Finish according to your scenario.

13. Remember to insert the SD card to the Wi-Fi chime side slot for video storage. The SD card can be expanded to 128GB.

Add 1080P Battery Doorbell to the Wi-Fi Chime

1. You can add the 1080P battery doorbell after setting up the Wi-Fi chime successfully, or you can go back to the device tab and tap Add Device then select Battery Doorbell.

2. Scan the QR code of the 1080P battery doorbell and then select the Wi-Fi chime for connection. The Wi-Fi chime is just like a tiny HomeBase and will be a “router” for the 1080P battery doorbell.

3. Press the SYNC button for 2 seconds before you hear a beep.

4. Tap Next and the Wi-Fi chime will emit a sound wave to discover a new battery doorbell.

5. The doorbell will be added to the Wi-Fi chime successfully.
