Setting Up Your eufy Floodlight Cam 1080p in eufySecurity App

Download the App

Download the eufy app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices). Or visit eufylife.com on your mobile device.

Please note: The eufy App needs iOS 11+ or Android 8.0+ operating system to work properly.

Create Your Account

After downloading the App, create or log in to your account. Learn more about Sign up for A eufySecurity Account.

Add 1080P Floodlight Cam to the App

1. Tap Add Device then select Floodlight Cam.

Option 1: Go to the Main page,select "Security"and tap the "Add Device"to find Floodlight Cam.

Option 2: Click the three-lined side menu at the top of the Device page, tap "My Devices" and press "+" button to find Floodlight Cam.

2. Scan the QR code which is on the bottom part of the floodlight camera. You can also manually enter the floodlight camera’s serial number. Select the Region where the camera will be installed.

Note: If there is no QR code on the camera, please just choose "No QR code on the device" to proceed to the next step.

3. Follow the onscreen instruction to plug the Floodlight Cam’s power cord into a power socket and ensure the status LED indicator turns solid RED.

4. Tap Next and wait around 20 seconds until the Floodlight Cam’s status LED indicator turns flashing RED.

5. Tap the Flashing Red button on the app to confirm status and move to the next step. Press the SYNC button on top of the Floodlight Cam for 2 seconds until you hear a beep. The status LED indicator will turn flashing WHITE.

Note: The Floodlight Cam acts as a router in the setup process to provide the WiFi for your mobile phone to connect. Generally, when you finish Step 5 above, the page will automatically go to Step 6. But if your phone has not been connected to the Floodlight Cam successfully in this section, please click "Got it" and go to your Phone Settings to manually connect to WiFi "FloodlightCam_eufy". Then return to eufySecurity App to continue the setup.

6. Tap the Flashing White button on the app and select your house WiFi network (2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Network with a WPA/WPA2 protocol) and input the WiFi password.

7. Tap Next and wait for the camera to connect to the network.

8. Tap Next and Name your Floodlight camera.
