This article is designed to help you set up your Floodlight Cam 2 Pro in the eufy Security app. For hardware installation, please download the user manual for the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro from the eufy Smart Help Center.

Download the App

Download the eufy Security app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices). You can also visit the official eufy website on your mobile device.

Note: The eufy Security app requires a minimum smartphone operating system of iOS 11+ or Android 5.0+.

Create Your Account

After downloading the eufy Security app, please create a new account or log in to your existing account. Please visit Sign up for a new eufy Security account for detailed instructions on how to create a new account.

Add the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro in the eufy Security app

1. On the Devices tab, tap the + icon and then select “Floodlight Cam Pro”. 

2. Choose or create a Home profile to add the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro.

3. Tap the Next button and then scan the QR code located on the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro. Please push and hold the button to release the mounting base to find the QR code. Alternatively, you can also manually enter the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro’s serial number.

4. Connect the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro to a power source using the included Micro USB charging cable and a 5V/1A power adapter (not included), and then verify the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro’s LED indicator light shows solid red.

5. Tap the Next button and wait for approximately 30 seconds until the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro’s LED indicator light begins blinking in red.

6. Press and hold the SYNC button located on the back of the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro for 2 seconds until you hear a beep. Please note the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro’s LED indicator light will begin flashing in blue.

7. Tap the Flashing Blue button on the phone screen and enable Bluetooth on your phone. Select a 2.4GHz WiFi network with either WPA or WPA2 security protocol to connect your Floodlight Cam 2 Pro and enter the WiFi password.

8. Tap the Next button to connect the Floodlight Cam 2 Pro to your router’s 2.4GHz WiFi network.

9. Create a name for your Floodlight Cam 2 Pro and the camera is now successfully added.
