Create Your Account

After downloading the App, create or log in to your account. Learn more about Sign up for A eufySecurity Account.

Add 2K Floodlight Cam to the App 

1. Tap Add Device then select Floodlight Cam.

Option 1: Go to the Main page,select "Security" and tap the "Add Device" button to find Floodlight Cam.

Option 2: Click the three-lined side menu at the top of the Device page, tap "My Devices" and press the "+" button to find Floodlight Cam.

2. Scan the QR code which is on the bottom part of the floodlight camera. You can also manually enter the floodlight camera's serial number. Select the Region where the camera will be installed.

3. Follow the onscreen instruction to plug the Floodlight Cam’s power cord into a power socket and ensure the status LED indicator turns solid RED.

4. Tap Next and wait around 20 seconds until the Floodlight Cam’s status LED indicator turns flashing RED.

5. Tap the Flashing Red button on the app to confirm status and move to the next step. Press the SYNC button on top of the Floodlight Cam for 2 seconds until you hear a beep. The status LED indicator will turn flashing WHITE. 

6. Select the WiFi network (2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Network with a WPA/WPA2 protocol) you want the camera to connect to and input the WiFi password.

7. Tap Confirm and wait for the camera to connect to the network.

8. Tap Next and Name your camera.

9. The Floodlight Cam is now successfully added.
