To help you set up your eufyCam 2/2C/2 Pro/2C Pro in the eufySecurity App. For eufySecurity App functions, please refer to eufySecurity App Function Guide.
Download the eufySecurity App
Download the eufySecurity app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices). Or visit eufylife.com on your mobile device.
Create Your eufySecurity Account
After downloading the App, create or Log in to your account. Learn more about Sign Up for A eufySecurity Account.
Add HomeBase 2 to the App
1. Tap Add Device then select HomeBase 2.
2. Follow the instructions of “Add HomeBase” to power on the HomeBase 2 and connect it with your home router using the provided Ethernet cable.
3. Tap Next and connect your smartphone to the same Wi-Fi router HomeBase is connected to.
4. Tap Next and wait 1 minute until HomeBase’s Led turns from Red to Blue.
5. Tap Next and scan the QR code at the bottom of HomeBase 2. The code you need to scan is at the bottom of your HomeBase 2. You can also manually enter the HomeBase’s serial No.
6. After scanning the correct code, the setup will proceed to the next step.
7. When HomeBase 2 is emitting a sound, click the SYNC/ALARM OFF button at the bottom of HomeBase 2 for 2 seconds until you hear a short beep.
8. Binding HomeBase 2 successfully and Name the HomeBase 2.

Add eufyCam 2/2C/2 Pro/2C Pro to the Homebase 2
1. Tap Add Device then select the corresponding eufyCam models. Please confirm the model number on the silkscreen of camera. For example, if you own the eufyCam 2, please select "eufyCam /2 / 2Pro" for device setting.
2. Choose Homebase 2 as base station, connect the eufyCam 2/2C/2 Pro/2C Pro to the HomeBase 2 you have successfully added in the previous step.
3. Press the SYNC button on the camera for 2 seconds until you hear a short beep.
4. Tap Next and the HomeBase will emit a sound to discover the eufyCam 2/2C/2 Pro/2C Pro.
5. The eufyCam 2/2C/2 Pro/2C Pro will be added to the Homebase 2 successfully.
6. Name the camera.
