Lights During Charging
One light flashing: Charging, but low battery
Two lights (one solid, one flashing): Charging, medium battery
Three lights on: Fully charged.
Lights During Vacuuming
All three lights solid on: High battery level
Two lights solid on: Medium battery level
One light solid on: Low battery level
One light on and flashing: ran out of battery, and the vacuum needs to be charged
Warning Lights
- One light (LED 3) is alternately flashing red and white, then turning off after 10 seconds.
Debris may be stuck or dustbox may be full, please check the following.
1. Check if any part is clogged by dirt or hair.
2. Empty and clean the dustbox and filter. It's important to take out the white high-performance from the metal pre-filter to clean it. You can refer to the video below for more information.
How to Troubleshoot the Light Error
- One light (LED 3) is flashing red, then turning off after 10 seconds.
Motor fault, please confirm if the vacuum had sucked liquids or was used without filters. Please contact us for further help.

Battery fault, please try the following tips:
- Place the vacuum cleaner on the charging base.
- Install the battery correctly.
- Connect the power adapter to a power source.
- Contact us for help if the charging pins are not working normally.
