The eufy Security app fails to discover my WiFi network to connect S100 Wall Light Cam
If the eufy Security app on your phone fails to discover your 2.4GHz WiFi network while setting up S100 Wall Light Cam, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:
- Please make sure you have a dedicated 2.4GHz WiFi network, and the router’s security protocol is set to either WPA or WPA2.
- Please make sure the SSID of your WiFi network is not hidden.
- Tap the refresh icon on the screen and the eufy Security app will automatically refresh the list of all WiFi networks that are discovered by the app.
- If the eufy Security app is still unable to discover your 2.4GHz WiFi network, please tap “Other Network” and manually input your WiFi network name and password.
