The S2 flange tunnel is designed to accommodate elastic nipples.
1. Use the Nipple Measurement Card to find your starting size, then try sizing down if the nipple stretches significantly into the tunnel.
2. Start at a lower suction level and increase gradually.
3. Monitor your nipple: it should move freely in the tunnel without touching the walls.
4. If pinching or pain occurs, try a different insert size.
