If your eufy Pet Camera is unable to power on using its eufy power adapter and cable, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

Note: Before attempting to troubleshoot by using another power adapter, please make sure the power adapter has the same specifications as the eufy power adapter to prevent potentially damaging your eufy Pet Camera. Additionally, it is not recommended to use any third-party power adapter or cable to continuously power your eufy Pet Camera.

1. Plug your eufy Pet Camera into different wall outlets using the eufy power adapter and cable.
2. If possible, try another USB cable with the eufy power adapter.

4. If possible, try another power adapter and USB cable.
