Unable to Play Livestream on eufy Pet Camera
 

If you cannot watch livestream on your eufy Pet Camera, please check the following troubleshooting tips:

 

1. Connect your phone to a different WiFi network or switch to the phone's 4G/5G mobile data to see whether it helps.

 

2. Make sure your camera is online and the camera's LED indicator light status is solid white.

 

3. If you recently relocated your router or your camera, check its signal strength to make sure the signal strength is strong at the new location. If it has no signal or has a weak signal, please try to move the router closer to the camera or use a WiFi range extender.

 

4. Please check if you have set a firewall or white/blacklist on your router. If yes, please try to remove the firewall/blacklist, or add the camera to the whitelist.

 

5. Pull down the device list to refresh the device’s status in the eufy Pet app.


6. Make sure the Low Data Mode is turned off on your SmartPhone: How to Turn Off Low Data Mode or Data Saver: iPhone & Android
