Unable to View the Live Stream of the Garage-Control Cam
If your eufy Garage-Control Cam is unable to play the live stream, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
Please pull down on the device list in the eufy Security app’s main screen to refresh the device’s status.
Please verify the Garage-Control Cam is powered on and connected to your 2.4GHz WiFi network.
If you have recently moved the camera to another location, please check its signal strength to make sure the signal strength is strong and stable at the new location. If the signal strength is weak, please try to move the router closer to the camera if possible.
Please try to remove the camera from the eufy Security app, then add the camera again in the app.
