When the live stream of the doorbell can’t be viewed, please try the following tips.
1. Verify if you are able to view the recorded video on the Main Page > Smart > Events section.
2. Try using your phone's mobile data or another WiFi network.
3. If possible, please try to watch the live stream on another phone to verify if the issue is caused by the phone.
4. Sometimes the live stream may fail to play when the network is busy. For example, when there are too many devices connected on the same network or when multiple people are watching the live stream at the same time.
